Once upon a time, the alarm clock was a blaring and I just wanted to cling to my pillow and drift back into the land of slumber. I knew this story would not have a happy ending if I did not get a move on my schedule is full and I wanted to indulge my flesh for just a little longer. Little Miz drool face, yours truly, did conquer her first battle of the day. When confronted with risky behavior annihilate it when it raises its little head. I need to be the powerhouse not a powder puff, so I had to pull it together and put in the work. Whatever your first challenge. of this day holds, be it small or large,may you conquer and win!

Food Pornography versus Food Principles
To participate or not isn’t a question, it is a choice. I believe whatever we embrace will eventually embrace us. There are more than enough diet protocols, and eating plans going around. I mean in my own version of the perfect world. A person could eat whatever they wished without gaining an ounce or compromising their health. Take note people my version of the perfect world does not exist, so until then we all will eventually reap the consequences of our dietary behavior whatever it maybe. What you are consuming, Why you are consuming it and when you are consuming it is all on you. You get to set the price you are willing to pay.
When it comes to food consumption, we all come from various nutritional background and ways of perceiving food. From eating only for performance to eating to soothe every emotion and everything in between. It takes more than a minute to change your headspace/mindset and to change habits. Knowing that eating healthy is good for you isn’t enough to change your actions and reactions. The all or nothing approach will not work for everyone. I have seen small incremental changes turn into sustainable lifestyle choices because the desire was manageable. I do not advocate quick fixes but I do believe in a quick first step towards goal.

It’s just my opinion but
I Want To Go Big.
Life is so much bigger than binge watching the latest distraction from purpose. It’s bigger than crowd approval if it doesn’t have your internal all is well with your soul approval. Large thanunevenly chocked relationships and situationships. Life is a beautiful complexity of wonder,
a harsh cruel reality intermingled with profound love and intense hate. Life is the provocative aroma of desire and the disdainful taste of cursed bitterness. Life is the ballroom whereevil, deep dark sinister and good brilliant, bright, tango in an intense dress rehearsal. Life allows you to escape in a fantasy of your own making or embrace the unyielding truth of it all. Life is even bigger than designing you best physique and having excellent health, after all we areall only one moment away from whatever life decides to bring with or without our permission.
That is why I have decided to go big. Transferring personal problems into personal power has become a priority. I do not want to ignore the purpose that was birth from the pain. I don’t believe that aging necessarily makes you wiser. It could just make you old with negative
habits and methods that are deep rooted and destructive. Youth doesn’t mean you clueless andunanchored in purpose. It could mean you are just beginning something that is going to bepowerful and awesome.

Day 8: Stay The Course

Staying committed to purpose isn’t necessarily an easy one. The initial excitement of new beginnings usually transforms into routine. It is at this point options start presenting themselves. Do you invite or reject reasonings, excuses or reality that seeks to pull you off course? The ultimate decision is yours, an easy out or the hard push through to finish. Upgrade that mindset, don’t void precious time that has been invested. Cling to your vision, your goal don’t rebel against your process work with it to obtain what you truly desire.
Allow it to lead you where you need to go. This truly is your time, to do you and get it done. We must stay the course, to achieve amazing results, in the end it is going to be worth it. Make yourself proud and stay
true to what really matters to you. May we all obtain health, healing and wholeness.

Whatever your health, fitness and nutritional goals maybe keep working on it. Encourage yourself, believe in yourself and as always put in the work. Create something amazing.

Day 6: On Point

Today we are going to focus on that one thing,that is essential for obtaining the results we desire, in a timely manner.
Consistency in our actions, is our focal point. We want to be on point , on our nutritonal protocols. We want to be on point,
on our exercise regime,hydration and self-care.
You may have to jumpstart your consistency at first, but keep pressing. Consistency
will soon be accompanied by momentum, and that is when the fun really begins.
This process is all about achieving the result
you desire. Now is the time, put in the work, time, energy and love...let's make it happen!

Day 2: Sacrifice & Struggle

Today we celebrate health and wholeness. Safeguarding your health is a
worthwhile endeavor, this encompasses everything that is required for your
body to function at it’s best so it is a continual process, and sometimes the
requirements to reach your health and fitness goals can be unpleasant, inconvenient
and hard.These are the times that you must cheer yourself on as you
endure the pain of self-discipline so that you can achieve what you truly desire.
Forget about easy shortcuts or great reward with little effort. Give yourself
permission to embrace the sacrifice and the struggle. It really is okay to say
no to yourself and mean it.
Self-indulgence may be easy because it places focus on
the immediate pleasure, without regard to the bigger picture or consequences. This is
the time, the season for tremendous accomplishments and breakthroughs but we
must pay the price.
